摘 要:以8个低酚棉品种(系)为亲本材料,按Griffing 4方法配制杂交组合,对 28个组合的 F1代进行了分析。结果表明,低酚棉品种(系)间杂种F1具有较强的杂种优势,其籽棉产量和皮棉产量的最大超标优势分别达到27.74%和24.59%.对亲本10个性状的配合力方差分析表明,亲本一般配合力均达到显著或极显著水平,另有5个性状的组合特殊配合力达到显著水平。配合力效应分析表明,中无1051和中棉所18号的综合性状较好,为较理想的亲本。而组合鲁棉 16号 x中无 3535,中无 1051x中无 3535的特殊配合力效应在一些重要农艺性状上表现较好。The 28 hybrids F, were studied between 8 glandless strains of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. ) in diallel croning system (Griffing 4). The hybrids F, showed an appreciable amount of heterosis. The highest check heterosis of seed cotton yield and lint yield were 27.74% and 24.59%, respectively. The analysis of combining ability variance indicated that there existed mere significant different in 10 characters in general combining ability and 5 characters in speeial combining ability among the tested parents. The analysis of combining ability effects displayed that Zhongwu 1051 and Zhongmiansuo 18 were better than the rest parents in effect of general combining ability of yield. And the lumian 16xZhongwu 3535 and the Zhongwu 1051 xZhongwu 3535 seemed to be the two ha combinations in many important agronomic characters.
