资本项目自由兑换与中国(上海)自由贸易试验区建设

摘　　要：中国(上海)自由贸易试验区建设与人民币国际化相辅相成,但两者都需要进一步加快人民币资本项目自由兑换的进程。根据渐进稳妥的原则,可以将一些人民币资本项目自由兑换政策在上海自由贸易试验区内先行先试。例如,近期可以在区内推行人民币跨境贷款制度和完善贸易信贷管理制度等。The construction of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone and internationalization of RMB complements each other, and both needs to further accelerate the process of making RMB free convertible under capital account. According to the principle of gradual and stable, some policies of making RMB free convertible under capital account can be put into effect in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone in advance, such as the cross-border RMB loan system and improving trade credit management system.
