摘 要:对150 t顶底复吹转炉氮氩切换工艺和全程底吹N_2工艺进行试验,结果表明:采用全程底吹N_2工艺,当供氮强度不超过0.032 m^3/(min·t)时,出钢前冶炼终点钢液氮含量为0.001%左右,钢中氮含量不会明显增加,与氮氩切换工艺相当。因此绝大部分钢种可以采用全程底吹N_2的工艺进行冶炼,能够满足钢水质量要求。The change-over from N2 to Ar and whole process bottom blowing N2 are studied by experiments in 150t top-bottom combined blowing converter. The experimental results show that the end-point nitrogen content is about 0. 001% which is equivalent to the end-point nitrogen content by change-over from N2 to Ar technology under experimental condition when nitrogen supply intensity does not exceed 0. 032m3/(min . t). It is proposed that almost all steel grades can be melted by using whole process bottom blowing N2 technology and their nitrogen content can meet the needs of quality demands.
