摘　　要：我国大力发展海洋经济、以及中国东盟自贸区的繁荣成长,造就了南海和北部湾海域特种船物流市场的兴旺局面。湛江港应找准服务对象、通过完善配套设施建设,与相关单位合作提供货物信息与技术支持,为众多的特种船舶提供一个稳定、安全和专业的集散及后勤保障基地,以避免与周边港口的同质化恶性竞争,实现自身的错位发展、多元化经营和提高资本收益目标。The shipping market of special break - bulk around the South China Sea and the Beibu Gulf is becoming prosperous because of Chinese government focusing on marine economy and CAFTA blooming. Zhanjiang Port should construct a steady, safe and professional logistics support hub for the numerous special break - bulk vessels, which through defining the right customer, improving the supporting facilities, providing cargo information and technical support. Then it can avoid the vicious competition with the port around, realize its diversification and improve capital profit.
