摘 要:目的探讨肝移植手术患者对健康教育内容和方式的需求。方法采用目的抽样法选择165例接受肝移植手术的患者,调查其手术前后对健康教育内容的需求,并比较不同年龄、文化程度和医疗费用支付方式患者间的差异;同时调查患者对5种健康教育实施方式的接受程度。结果肝移植手术患者对术前各项健康教育内容的需求率为58.2%~69.7%,对术后健康教育内容的需求率为81.8%~97.6%;不同年龄及文化程度患者对术前了解器官移植基本知识的需求率差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01或P〈O.05);最受患者认可的健康教育方式是医护人员讲解和演示。结论护士在为肝移植患者进行健康教育时,建议采取现场面对面讲解和演示的方式,重点讲解肝移植基本知识和术后用药方法;同时根据患者的年龄和文化程度,有针对性地进行宣教。Objective To investigate the demands of health educational contents and ways for patients with liver transplantation. Methods By purposive sampling, totally 165 patients with liver transplantation were recruited. Requirements before and after operation, acceptance degree about the five ways of health education were assessed. Requirements for patients with different age, education level, and medical cost payments were compared. Results Requirements about health education content before operation ranged from 58. 2 % to 69. 7 % ,while requirements after operation ranged from 81.8 % to 97. 6 %. Significant differences in requirements about organ transplantations were found for patients with different age or education level(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). The most acceptable way of health edu- cation was explanation and demonstration from the health care providers. Conclusion The most suitable method for health education was explanation and demonstration face to face by health care providers. We should highlight the knowledge about transplantation related basic knowledge and medication methods postoperation based on patients' age and education level.
