摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病专科护士开展自我管理教育提高患者自护能力的效果。方法 2011年6-10月,采用便利抽样法选取衢州市中心医院内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者86例,糖尿病专科护士对86例糖尿病患者实施自我管理教育,成立糖尿病自我管理教育工作平台,为患者制订自我管理教育计划,进行疾病知识、自我技能与情绪的管理。采用糖尿病自护行为量表了解自我管理教育开展前后患者自护行为的变化。结果开展自我管理教育后,除用药行为因子外,患者糖尿病自护行为量表其他5个因子的得分均较开展前有所提高,自护行为明显改善(均P<0.01)。结论糖尿病专科护士对患者实施自我管理教育能明显改善患者的自护能力,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of self-management education by diabetes specialist nurses on patients' selLcare ability. Methods By convenience sampling,totally 86 inpatients were recruited and giv- en self-management education based on diabetes studio by specialist nurses from June to November 2011. Self-management education plans were developed by specialist nurses to culture diseases related knowl- edge, skills and emotional management. Self-care behavior before and after the interventions were assessed and compared by the Self-care Behavior Scale. Results Patients' self-care behavior improved significantly except medication behavior factor after self-management education (P〈0.01). Conclusion Self-manage- ment education implemented by diabetes specialist nurses can significantly improve the patients' self-care abilities and quality of life.
