依托香港护士训练及教育基金会实施战区护理管理拓展培训的效果

摘　　要：目的总结分析依托香港护士训练及教育基金会(以下简称基金会)实施战区护理管理拓展培训的效果。方法采用问卷调查法,通过调查2001-2012年赴香港访学的45名护理管理及相关人员和参加基金会义工专家到我区义务讲学授技培训班的234名学员,了解培训情况。结果拓展培训的形式和内容得到一致认可,参加培训人员均能总结、传授和运用香港先进的护理管理理念、方法与技能,提升了护理水平,促进了学科发展。结论通过培训,加强了我区与香港护理专业交流,提升了战区医院、疗养院护理管理水平,在指导管理创新、拓展护理服务、弘扬公益精神、培育优秀团队等方面取得明显成效。Objective To explore and summarize the effects of relying on nurses＇ training and educational fundation of Hongkong on theatre nursing management training. Methods Totally 45 nursing administra- tors and 234 students taught by volunteer experts form Hongkong were assessed by questionnaire to understand the training situations. Results The training content and form has been approved by all of the subjects. All participants could summarize, teach and use the advanced concepts, methods and skills of Hongkong to improve nursing level, and promote the development of the subject. Conclusion Nursing professional communication was strengthened and nursing management in military hospital was enhanced between my district and Hongkong. In guiding the management innovation, expanding the nursing service and promoting the public spirit, cultivate excellent team achieved significant results.
