维吾尔熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及护理

摘　　要：【目的】观察维吾尔熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎（RA）临床疗效与护理干预效果。【方法】将112例RA患者随机分为观察组（常规治疗加维吾尔熏蒸疗法并实施适当的护理措施）62例，对照组（常规治疗组）50例，疗程为15～20d，观察治疗前后患者的临床症状及实验室指标的变化。【结果】观察组总有效率（95．2％），显著高于对照组有效率（84．0％）（P〈0．05）；观察组显效率（69．4％），亦显著高于对照组显效率（35．％）（P〈O．01）；观察组治疗后关节肿痛数减少、晨僵时间缩短（P〈0．05，P〈O．01）；两组治疗后血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子均有显著下降（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），观察组下降幅度更为显著（P〈0．01）。【结论】维吾尔熏蒸疗法治疗RA近期临床疗效显著，系统的护理与指导是熏蒸治疗顺利有效的前提保障。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and nursing intervention effect of Uyghur medicine fumigation for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. [Methods] A total of 112 RA patients were ran- domly divided into observation group （routine treatment with Uyghur medicine fumigation and appropriate nursing intervention, n = 62） and control group（conventional treatment, n =50）. The treatment duration was 1520 days. The change of clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment and the effect on laborato- ry indexes were observed. [Results]The total effective rate of observation group was 95.2, which signifi- cantly higher than that of control group（84.0） （ P 〈0.05）. The excellence rate of observation group was 69.4, which was also significantly higher than that of control group（35%） （ P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the number of swollen joints was decreased and morning stiffness was shortened in observation group（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. The efficacy of observation group was more obvious than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. ESR, CRP and RF in two groups after treatment were decreased significantly（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, and those in observation group was decreased more significantly（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The short-term clinical efficacy of Uyghur medicine fumigation for the treatment of RA is evident. Systematic nursing and guidance are the premise and guarantee of smooth and effective fumigation treatment.
