中学生心理健康状况调查与心理CT检测结果分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解中学生心理健康状况，探索中学生心理问题的严重程度，以利于早期干预。【方法】采用横断面现况调查设计。先用一般健康问卷（GHQ-12）调查中学生1669人，对总分≥4分或有高危因素者再以心理疾病专家诊断系统（心理CT）进行复查测验。【结果]GHO-12总分≥4分或具有高危因素者878人（52．61％）；对其中727人再用心理CT复查，查出各种心理障碍252人，检出率34．66％；患病率为18．21％；心理CT与精神科医师两者的诊断一致性为98．21％。【结论】中学生心理健康状况不容乐观。心理CT检测适用于中学生心理健康状况评估及心理障碍诊断。[Objective] To investigate mental health status among middle school students, and to explore the severity of psychological problems among middle school students in order to undertake early intervention. [Methods] Cross-sectional survey design was used. A total of 1669 middle school students were investigated by using general health questionnaire（GHQ-12） at first, and then the students with total score^4 or high risk factors were reexamined with psychological CT. [Results]There were 878 students（52.61 %） with GHQ-12 score≥4 or high risk factors. Among them, 727 students were reexamined with psychological CT. There were 252 students with all kinds of mental disorders（34.66%）. The detection rate was 34. 66%. The prevalence rate was 18.21%. The diagnose consistency of psychological CT and psychiatrists was 98.21 %. [Conclusion] Mental health status among middle school students is not optimistic. Psychological CT examination is suitable for assessment of mental health status and the diagnosis of mental illness among middle school students.
