摘　　要：【目的】探讨综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者的心理状况和生活质量的影响。【方法】将本院2012年2月至2013年5月收治的80例高血压脑出血患者按照就诊顺序分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），观察组患者采用综合护理干预，对照组患者采用常规护理干预。比较两组干预前后神经功能缺陷情况、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、生活质量等方面的变化。【结果】观察组护理后SDS、SAS以及生活质量均显著地优于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组的神经功能缺损情况，日常生活能力以及肢体运动功能情况也显著地优于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】综合护理干预能改善高血压脑出血患者的心理状况并能提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广运用。[Objective] To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental status and quali- ty of life of patients with hypertensive intracerehral hemorrhage. [Methods] A total of 80 patients with hyperten- sive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from Feb. 2012 to May 2013 were divided into observation group（ n =40） and control group（ n = 40）. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was given conventional nursing intervention. [Results]After nursing intervention, the depres- sion, anxiety and quality of life in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Moreover, the neurologic impairment, activity of daily living and motor function of limbs in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Comprehensive nursing in- tervention can improve the mental status and quality of life of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. It is worthy to be popularized.
