摘　　要：针对大型商业建筑的疏散距离不足和楼梯间在首层无直接对外出口的设计问题,在实际工程中运用性能化设计分析的方法,同时采用避难走道、亚安全区等设计理念,解决火灾等最不利情况下的人员安全疏散问题。According to vacuation distance and design problems such as insufficient e shortage of outward exits of the stair wells in the first layer in large commercial buildings, and to solve the problems of security of personnel evacuation in worst- case, like fire, in these buildings, we analysis solutions using refuge aisle, the sub-safety zone in performance-based method in practical engineering.
