集束化护理在癫痫患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨集束化护理在癫痫患者中的应用效果.方法：以我科癫痫患者为研究对象,采取随机单盲法选取2011年1～12月125例患者为对照组,使用传统护理方案；2012年1～12月119例患者为试验组,使用集束化综合护理方案,比较两组患者的服药依从性、持续状态发生率及继发性损伤发生率.结果：试验组患者服药依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05）,发生持续状态及继发性损伤情况低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：集束化护理在非急危重症中使用具有可行性和优越性.Objective：To discuss the appli cation of bundle nursing in patients with epilepsy.Methods：In our department with chronic epilepsy nerve syndrome as the research object,adopted randomly single blind method selected 125 cases of patients as control group used conventional nursing from Jan.to Dec.in 2011,119 cases of patients as experimental group used bundle nursing plan from Jan.to Dec.in 2012.To compare patients,medication adherence,incidence of continuous state and secondary injury rate between two groups.Results：In the experimental group,medication compliance of patient was higher than that of control group（P ＜0.05）,persistent state and secondary injury were lower than the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusions：Bundle nursing plays an important role in non-critical epilepsy patients with the high feasibility and superiority.
