摘　　要：目的：总结锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的术后护理及功能锻炼方法.方法：收集我院2007年3月～2009年3月行锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的患者20例,分析术后护理及功能锻炼的方法.结果：所有患者均得到了良好的治疗和护理,患者肩关节在术后15 d活动度得到明显改善,平均屈曲90.,平均外展90.,术后X线示复位率达100％；内固定取出后未见再脱位病例,关节功能基本恢复正常水平,患者对关节外观及功能恢复满意.结论：锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位配合正确详尽的护理和适当的早期功能锻炼可得到满意的疗效.Objective：To analyze the postoperative nursing and functional exercise method research for clavicular hook plate for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods：From March 2007 to March 2009,20 cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated using clavicular hook plate.We analyzed the postoperative nursing and functional exercise method research.Results：All patients got good reduction and 15 days after operation they obtained satisfactory motion with 90 degrees of flexion and 90 degrees of abduction.The X-ray showed good reduction in allpatients,no refracture or subluxation occurred after removal of implants with 100％ of joint function recovery.Patient＇s satisfaction on postoperative nursing is well.Conclusions：It is satisfied to fix the coordinate with clavicle hook steel plate combining correct nursing method and appropriate physical exercise.
