关于消防应急通信建设的几点思考

摘　　要：加强应急救援体系中通信系统的建设已成为消防部队迫在眉睫的重大任务。本文就如何保障灭火救援现场消防应急通信的课题进行了探讨,分析了应急通信面临的诸多问题,阐述了消防部队应急通信的重要性和加强应急通信保障能力的措施,提出引进科学的"智库"决策机构,充分利用有线、无线、卫星等通信手段以及社会通信资源,建立灭火救援现场统一的通信指挥平台,提供"及时、准确、有效"的通信联络,保障应急救援,紧急救助和处置突发事件的顺利进行。Strengthening the construction of emergency rescue system of communication system has become a major task in fire forces imminent. This article on how to guarantee the extinguishing fire emergency rescue task communication are discussed, analyzes the problems faced by emergency communication, expounds the importance of the fire army emergency communication and strengthen the emergency communication guarantee ability measures, proposed the introduction of the ＂think tank＂ scientific decision-making mechanism, make full use of wired, wireless, satellite and other means of communication and social communication resources, establish unified command and communication platform for fire rescue scene, to provide ＂timely, accurate, effective communication＂ contact, security emergency rescue, emergency rescue and disposal of emergencies smoothly.
