摘　　要：钢板定尺精度是宽厚板生产企业的一项重要指标。莱钢宽厚板生产以来定尺剪一直存在测量偏差大的问题。为了提高定尺剪剪切精度和综合成材率,利用激光测速仪测量钢板尺寸,提高宽厚板剪切精度。Steel cut-to-length precision was an important indicator of heavy plate production enterprise. Since the heavy plate production dividing shear has been a problem of great measurement error. In order to improve the cut-to- length shearing precision and the finished product rate, using laser velocimetry measurements plate size, improve the accuracy of heavy plate shear.
