摘　　要：分析了石西油田天然气处理站DPC600燃气压缩机组机械调速系统转速波动大的原因,并以WOODWARD IGTB电子调速器代替机械调速器,对压缩机调速系统进行改造,介绍了新型电子调速器的组成、工作原理、故障排除方法,该调速器实现了燃气压缩机调速系统的精确控制与平稳运行。Analysis of Shixi oilfield natural gas processing station DPC600 gas compressor mechanical speed regulation system with large fluctuation of reason, and to WOODWARD IGTB electronic governor to replace the mechanical speed governor, the compressor speed regulating system reformation, this paper introduces a new type of electronic speed governor of the composition, working principle, fault elimination method, the governor realizes gas compressor control system precision control and running smoothly.
