摘　　要：部队管理的现代化、信息化离不开先进的信息技术,新技术的运用研究是部队管理工作的重要课题。本文针对部队营区管理中存在的实际问题,设计了一种基于RFID的人员身份识别及定位系统。将RFID技术与IT技术、计算机技术和门禁系统等技术进行集成,构建新型人员身份识别及定位系统,能够实现对人员身份全过程的信息采集与管理,以及重要部位和人员的定位管理。The mordernization and informization of army management cannot do without the advanced information technology. So study and application of new technology into army management is a very important subject. Focusing on the problems existed in barrack management, this paper designs a personal identification and positioning system based on RFID. This new-typed personal identification and positioning system,which synthesizes RFID, IT, computer technology and access controlling technology, can collect and mange the personal information, as well as conduct the positioning management to key parts and personnel
