摘　　要：裂头蚴病是一种重要的食源性人兽共患病,各种蛙、蛇、鸟类及散养猪均有很高的感染率,随着人们食用上述动物的日益增多,人类感染裂头蚴病的数量也在不断上升。裂头蚴病已成为严重的公共卫生安全问题。本文从该病的病原学、生活史、流行病学、主要临床症状和病理学变化、诊断及防治措施等方面概述了裂头蚴病的最新研究进展。Sparganosis is a kind of important food-borne zoonosis, all kinds of frogs, snakes, birds and pigs have high infection rates, with an increasing number of people eating the animals, the number of human of infections sparganosis is ris-ing. Sparganosis has become a serious public health security. This article reviews the etiology of the disease, life history, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and patho-logical changes, diagnosis and prevention measures as well as the latest research progress of sparganosis.
