摘 要:目的观察臭氧疗法对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果,并对其作用机制进行了初步研究。方法采用随机对照法将2012年3月至2013年1月住院的自愿接受治疗的糖尿病足患者50例分为臭氧组25例和常规组25例,分别对2组治疗20d后的临床疗效进行比较;每组各取10例,于治疗前和治疗后第11天取创面局部组织,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)的表达变化。结果①臭氧组总有效率(92%)显著高于常规组(64%)(P<0.05);②臭氧组治疗后创面局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧治疗可以上调局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达,加速溃疡愈合,提高糖尿病足溃疡的治愈率。Objective This study was undertaken to evaluate the therapeutic effects of ozone in patients with diabetic foot and also to elucidate its therapeutic mechanism. Methods Fifty patients with diabetic foot ulcer, who were hospitalized from March 2012 to January 2013, were randomized into conventional group ( n = 25) and ozone group( n = 25), Curative effect and ulcers area were compared between the two groups. 10 cases of each group were,taken the local wound tissue on day 0 and 11 to observe the change of VEGF, TGF-β and PDGF by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method. Results (1)The total effective rate was higher in ozone group than that in conventional group (92% vs 64%, P 〈0.05). (2)the expression of VEGF, TGF-β and PDGF was higher in ozone group than that in conventional group ( P 〈0.05) . Conclusion Ozone can increase the expression of VEGF, TGF-β, PDGF and collagen fiber in local tissue, accelerate the healing of ulcer and improve the cure rate of diabetic foot ulcers.
