摘　　要：介绍了国内餐厨垃圾现存的问题,探讨了餐厨垃圾堆肥化处置方式在国内外的应用现状,提出了餐厨垃圾制备有机肥的发展前景及意义。The extant problem of food residue in China was introduced, and the current situation on composting disposition of food residue in domestic and foreign was also discussed. Finally, the development direction and significance of food residue making compost were proposed .
