泰绫宫腔注射联合宫血宁在中重度宫腔粘连分离及子宫纵膈切除术后的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泰绫宫腔注射联合宫血宁用于中重度宫腔粘连分离及子宫纵膈切除术后的临床疗效。方法 8例子宫纵膈及78例中重度宫腔粘连患者经宫腔镜检查确诊及治疗后,随机分成对照组(术后采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,40例)和观察组(戊酸雌二醇治疗基础上加用泰绫宫腔注射联合宫血宁口服,46例),定期随访观察术后宫腔形态形成、月经恢复、粘连复发及妊娠情况。结果观察组和对照组正常宫腔形成分别为82.6%、55.0%;月经恢复率分别为91.3%、65.0%,无一例闭经;粘连复发率分别为19.6%、47.5%;术后妊娠率分别为47.4%、29.4%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组无术后病死率及周期性腹痛。结论泰绫宫腔注射联合宫血宁用于中重度宫腔粘连分离及子宫纵膈切除术后可有效防止宫腔再粘连,促进月经恢复及妊娠率。ObjectionTo evaluate the efficacy of absorbable haemostat（Tistat） intrauterine injection combined Gongxuening capsules oral during postoperative in the patients with moderate-severe Asherman＇s and uterine septum resection.Methods 8 cases patients with uterine septum and 78 cases patients with moderatesevere asherman＇s diagnosed by hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group（46 cases） and the control group（40 cases）. Uterine morphogenesis, menstruation, adhesion recurrence and pregnancy situation were observed regularly after the operation.ResultsAfter the operation the ratio of normal uterine morphogenesis,menstruation, adhesion recurrence and pregnancy was respectively 82.6%, 91.3%, 19.6% and 47.4% in the observation group while the ratio was respectively 55.0%, 65.0%, 47.5% and 29.4% in the control group. There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group（P0.05）. In both groups no one died and periodic abdominal pain occurs.ConclusionIntrauterine adhesions again may be effectively prevented as well as menstruation and pregnancy may be promoted by the treatment of Tistat intrauterine injection combined Gongxuening capsules oral after moderate-severe asherman＇s and uterine septum resection.
