治疗腕尺管综合征9例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腕尺管综合征的治疗方法及疗效对比。方法应用营养神经药物结合中频理疗及应用显微外科技术手术松解神经治疗。结果 1例(1腕)合并糖尿病患者保守治疗15个月后复发,经再次保守治疗而愈。手术8例(9腕),根据疗效评定标准,优5腕,良1腕,可2腕,差1腕,优良率66.7%。结论腕尺管综合征患者一旦确诊应及早应用显微外科技术经手术松解治疗,效果良好。ObjectiveTo study the treatment of cubit tube syndrome and curative effect comparison.MethodsApplication of trophic nerve drugs combined with intermediate frequency therapy and application of microsurgical technique release nerve surgery treatment.Results 1 case of wrist of （1） diabetes mellitus, 15 months after conservative treatment in patients with recurrence after conservative treatment again. Wrist surgery,8 cases （9）, according to the curative effect evaluation standard, 5 wrist, wrist of 1, 2 wrist, wrist of 1, was 66.7%.ConclusionOnce a cubit tube syndrome diagnosis must be as soon as possible release treatment by surgery with microsurgical technique, the effect is good.
