从痹症论治椎间盘源性颈痛(附病案分析)

摘　　要：[目的]探讨以痹症论治椎间盘源性颈痛的机理与疗效。[方法]在中医传统理论指导下,通过分析痹症病因及病机特点、痹症与椎间盘源性颈痛的关系,阐述以痹症治疗椎间盘源性颈痛的机理,并以1个案例举例论证活血舒筋药物(鸡血藤、伸筋草、没药、续断、土鳖虫等)早期干预治疗椎间盘源性颈痛的效果。[结果]运用活血舒筋、祛邪通络治法对椎间盘源性颈痛进行治疗后,VAS疼痛评分降低,取得满意的效果。[结论]在整体观念和辨证论治的前提下,以活血舒筋通络、温通经脉止痛为基本治法能缓解椎间盘源性颈痛。[Objective] Through the Bi syndrome to treat the cervical discogenic pain. [Methods] In traditional Chinese medicine theory, through the guid- ance of Huo-Xue-Shu-Jin decoction（spatholobus suberectus, herba lycopodii, myrrh, dipsacus, eupolyphaga etc.） to treat intervertebral discogenic neck pain early. [Results] Using the therapeutic principles of activating blood and relaxing muscle-tendon and dispelling exogenous pathogen and dredging col- laterals to govern the discogenic neck pain, VAS pain score decreased and obtained the satisfactory effectiveness. [Conclusion] with the premise of concept of whohsm and syndrome differentiation treatment, the fundamental therapeutic method of activating blood and relaxing muscle-tendon and dredging channels and collaterals can reheve the cervical discogenic pain.
