摘　　要：[目的]探讨闭合手法联合斯式针撬拨复位治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。[方法]选取2009年6月至2012年3月在本院就诊的SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型68例(80足)跟骨骨折患者,采用闭合手法联合斯式针撬拨复位治疗,并按Maryland足部评分标准对患者治疗后功能进行评估。[结果]68例患者术后随访9个月,均骨性愈合,Bohler角>30°,未见针道感染、足弓塌陷、距下关节痛等并发症,能正常行走,无跛行。按Maryland足部评分标准评价治疗后功能,优58足,良13足,可8足,差1足,优良率达88.57%。[结论]闭合手法联合斯式针撬拨复位治疗跟骨骨折手术具有微创、操作简便、创伤小、术后并发症少的特点,疗效满意,为治疗跟骨骨折理想的治疗方法之一。[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of occlusion manipulation combined with close needle prying reposidon on calcaneal fracture. [Method] Make occlusion manipulation combined with close needle prying reposition on 68 cases of calcaneal fracture（80 feet） of Sanders types [I and ill, and make assessment to the function after therapy with Maryland foot score standard. [R.esuit] All cases were followed up for 9m, with bone cure, angle Bohler〉30°, without the complications of needle infection, arch collaps and subtalar joint pain, could walk normally, without limp. Under Maryland foot score stan- dard, 58 feet were excellent, 13 good, 8 so so, 1 was bad, the excellence rate 88.7%（68/80）. [Conclusion]The occlusion manipulation combined with close needle prying reposition treating calcaneal fracture had litde trauma and post-operation complications, simple operation and satisfying result, being one of ideal therapies of such diseases.
