调神通络针法结合舌三针及针刺双侧翳风穴治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难临床观察

摘　　要：[目旳]研究针刺对治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床疗效[方法]采用随机对照法将符合纳入标准的140例患者分为2组,每组70例,两组病人均采用中西医对症支持治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用调神通络针法配合针刺舌三针、双侧翳风穴治疗。[结果]两组患者吞咽障碍程度评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05,P<0.05)且治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的显效率分别为67.14%和15.71%,总有效率分别为94.29%和57.14%。两组间显效率与总有效率差异均有统计学意义。[结论]调神通络针法配合舌三针及针刺双侧翳风穴疗法能有效的治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难。[Objective] To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia. [Method] Take 140 cases in accordance with standard and ran- domly divide them into 2 groups, n=70 in each one. Both groups specifically take TCM and WM and support therapy. The treatment group was added Tiaoshen Tongluo method acupuncture and coordinated with acupuncturing tongue 3-needle and double Yifeng acupoints. [Result] Both groups patients dysphagia degree score was improved compared to before treatment, and the treatment one was better than the control one, the difference was of statistical meaning; the marked effective rates of both groups were respectively 67.14% and 15.71%, and the total effective rates 94.29% and 57.14% respectively. Their difference had statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method coordinated with tongue 3-needle and acupuncturing double Yifeng acupoints can effectively treat post-stroke dysphagia.
