豨莶风湿片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立稀莶风湿片的质量可控标准。方法：采用TLC对药品中桑寄生、威灵仙的成分进行色谱鉴别，并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定防已药材中粉防已碱的含量。结果：分别以桑寄生、威灵仙对照药材为对照，建立了薄层鉴别方法。并规定本品含防已以粉防己碱计不得少于0．60mg／片。粉防已碱在0．51-2．55μg范围内呈较好的线性关系，回收率为96．68％，IKSD为1．96％。Objective： Ob jective：To establish the quality standard of Xixianfengshi tablet.Methods：Herba Taxilli,Rsdix Clematidis in xilianfengshi tablet were identified by thin-layer chromatography.The contents of tetrandrune in Rradix Stephaniae Tetrandrac were quantitatively determined by double-wavelength TLC scanning.Results：The two traditional Chinese herbs in xixianfengshi tablet,llerba Taxilli and Radix Clematidis,were qualitaivly identified by TLC methods And ruled Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae in the Xixianfengshi plan to account with the Tetrandrine cannot less than 0.6rag/slice.The standard curve was lin- ear in the rage of 0.51-2.55μg for Tetrandrine,the recovery of Tetrandring was 96.68% and RSD was 1.96%.Conclusion：This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of Xixianfengshi tablet
