摘　　要：目的:芦笋是天门冬科天门冬属多年生草本植物,具有极高的营养价值,含有大量的营养物质和活性成分,同时具有多种生理活性,该文综述了芦笋抗肿瘤作用的研究进展。Objective： Asparagus officinalis is a perennial herb plant, and it has abundant nutrition and many active components such as polysaccharide, saponin, flavonoids, tissue protein, and trace element. Many scientific studies showed Asparagus officinalis had many activities. In this paper, we summarize the progress on the study of anti-tumor effect of Asparagus officinalis.
