摘　　要：大量报道证实,很多中药都具有不同程度的对抗各种炎症的作用,而中药是通过多种途径发挥抗炎作用的,主要途径有下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的调节功能、干扰花生四烯酸代谢、免疫调节与抑制白细胞趋化、移动和活化等。本文对近年来中药抗炎机理进行了综述,为更好地开发和利用中药抗炎制剂提供依据。A large number of reports confirmed that many herbs have different degrees of anti-inflammatory effects to fight all kinds of inflammation, and the traditional Chinese medicine exert anti-inflammatory effects through various channels, the main approaches are the hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis adjustment function,interference of araehidonic acid metabolism,immune regulation and inhibition of leukocyte chemotaxis, activation and movement, ere . In this paper the anti-inflammatory mechanism of traditional Chinese Medicine were presented in recent years, and gives the corresponding evaluation, in order to provide the basis for better development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine of anti-inflammatory agents.
