摘　　要：目的:探讨左侧卧位对腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产低血压综合症的影响。方法:对150例腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产产妇,随机分为实验组与对照组,比较两组术中不同体位对血压的影响。结果:①实验组采取左侧卧位,术中血压、脉搏、自感不适显著好于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组使用升压药维持血压的例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术中采取左侧卧位有利于预防腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产低血压综合症。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the left lat- eral position in preventing the hypotension induced by the spinal-epidural anesthesia in patients with caesarean delivery. Method： 150 cases of pregnant women with caesarean delivery un- der the spinal-epidural anesthesia were divided into two groups. The experimental group was laid in the left lateral position, and the control group was laid in the supine position. We compared the blood pres- sure, pulse, discomfort, the use of anti-hypertensive drug. Resultas： （1）The blood pressure, pulse, discomfort were better in the experi- mental group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. （2）The use of the anti-hypertensive drug was fewer than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：The left lateral position may be beneficial for the women to prevent the hypotension in caesarean delivery under the spinal-eoidural anesthesia.
