摘  要:列车自动门振动谱是实施列车自动门振动可靠性实验的基本条件.为了保障所构建列车自动门振动谱的效果,采取了一系列措施,它们是:选择适宜的计数方法;在平稳性、随机性、正态性和频率范围等方面考核振动谱单元的等效性;设立幅值取舍标准;基于能量守恒原则修正准振动谱的幅值.将这些措施付诸实施,对检测获得的某型列车自动门振动时间历程构建了振动谱.结果表明当选择雨流计数法时,文中采取的措施可行.The vibration spectra of train automatic door is the basic condition to carry out the vibration reliability test for train automatic door.In order to ensure the effect of vibration spectra established of train automatic door,a series of measurements have been considered.An appropriate counting method should be selected.The equivalence of vibration spectrum unit should be checked in respect of stationeriness,randomness,normality and frequency domain.The standard of amplitude accepted or rejected should be set up.The amplitude of vibration quasi-spectrum should be revised based on conservation of energy.Putting those measurements in practice,a vibration spectra has been established with the vibration time serial detected from a type of train automatic door.The results show that the measurements introduced in the paper are with feasibility while the rainflow counting method should be selected.
