摘  要:目的探讨倍他乐克对原发性高血压患者心脏变时功能的影响。方法选择96例原发性高血压患者,按照服用倍他乐克的剂量分为未服药组、小剂量组、中剂量组和大剂量组,均接受平板运动试验及动态心电图检查,统计心脏变时功能不全的发生率。结果在两种方法中,服用倍他乐克的3组心率均下降,心脏变时功能不全发生率均高于未服药组,大剂量组尤为明显,而小剂量组与中剂量组无统计学差异。两种检测方法无明显统计学差异。结论β受体阻滞剂严重抑制心脏变时功能,且剂量越大心脏变时功能不全表现越明显。动态心电图有可能替代平板运动试验成为检测心脏变时功能安全可靠的首选方法。Objective To explore the effects of Betaloc on chronotropic response in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 96 patients with essential hypertension were divide into no drug group, small dosage group, middle dosage group and big dosage group according to the dosage of Betaloc. All groups were accepted exercise treadmill test and dynamic electrocardio- gram , and were statisticsed incidence rate of cardiac chronotropic incompetence. Results In two methods, the heart rates of all three groups who druged Betaloc were decreased and cardiac chronotropic incompetence had incremental incidence rate to com- pare with no drug group, big dosage group was obvious especially, but small dosage group and middle dosage group had no statis- tics difference. Two methods using to detect chronotropic response had no statistics difference. Conclusion Beta-blockers re- strained severely chronotropic response and cardiac chronotropic incompetence was more obvious along with the rise of dosage.Dynamic electrocardiogram is possibte to become the first safe and reliable method to detect chronotropic response to take the place of exercise treadmill test.
