经阴道宫骶韧带高位悬吊术治疗重度盆腔器官脱垂的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的评价经阴道宫骶韧带高位悬吊术治疗重度盆腔器官脱垂的近期疗效。方法对46例术前根据盆腔器官脱垂定量(POP-Q)分度法确定为≥III°的重度盆腔器官脱垂患者行经阴道宫骶韧带高位悬吊术,并分析围手术期及术后治疗效果。结果 46例患者术后盆腔器官脱垂症状得以纠正,平均随访时间32个月,治愈率为93.5%。结论经阴道宫骶韧带高位悬吊术是治疗重度盆腔器官脱垂的一种安全、经济、有效的手术方法,且具有并发症少,更符合生理的特点。Objective To investigate the short-term objective and subjective outcomes of the transvaginal high uterosacral lig- ament suspension （HUS） in treatment of severe pelvic organ prolapse （POP）. Method 46 patients with severe POP quantitation （POP-Q） stage over Ⅲ underwent HUS operation, and then analyze the treatment effect in perioperative period and after the oper- ation. Results All the 46 patients got the pelvic organ prolapse fixed, the average follow up time was 32 months, and the rate of treatement is 93.5%. Conclusion The transvaginal high uterosacral ligament susPension （HUS） is a safe,economical and effective operation methods ,and has the specialty of less complication and coinciding with physiology.
