采前因素对葡萄贮藏质量的影响

摘　　要：针对我国鲜食葡萄产量高,贮藏量相对较小,贮藏损失严重的问题,简述了葡萄品种、气候条件、树体管理、肥水管理等栽培和管理技术以及采收环节等采前因素对葡萄贮藏质量的影响。Comparing with the huge fresh grape production in China, its storage capacity is relatively small and storage loss is really serious. In this paper, the effects of grape varieties, climate conditions, tree manage- ment, fertilizer and water management, cultivation and management techniques and harvesting techniques on the storage quality of grape had been discussed.
