摘 要:以信息系统成功模型和技术接受模型为理论基础,分析了影响专业虚拟社区的用户满意度的若干影响因素,基于提出的假设,构建了诸多因素与满意度之间的研究模型;以参与专业虚拟社区的用户为调查对象,采用统计软件AMOS对研究模型进行了实证分析。研究发现,众多满意度直接前置影响因素中,影响程度较为显著的依次是系统质量、知识质量、感知的社会交互和感知易用性4个因素。该研究为社区管理者建设专业虚拟社区、提升社区服务品质提供了对策。Based on the information system success model and TAM, some antecedent influential factors on userg satisfaction of virtual community were analyzed. Then the structural equation model about relations between the factors and satisfaction was established based on proposed hypotheses. Using users with experiences engaging in professional virtual communities as samples, this study empirically analyzed the model by using software AMOS. The result shows that some antecedents to influence satisfac- tion more significantly are system quality, knowledge quality, perceived social interaction and perceived ease of use. The conclu- sion will provide implications for managers and practitioners in operating the professional virtual community and promoting the community services.
