下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的热像图研究

摘　　要：目的　分析下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的热像图表现 ,并探讨其诊断价值。　方法　应用红外热像仪检查 4 4例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者及 1 8例正常人的双下肢。　结果　正常人热图像呈现双下肢皮温无明显差异 ,大腿与小腿中央呈现淡红色、周边绿色、膝部淡绿色、足背淡兰色。下肢动脉硬化闭塞症热图像 ,双下肢温差在 1℃以上 ,色彩明显不一致 ,患者的闭塞区呈现绿色 ,在闭塞区以上呈现高温为淡红色 ,以下低温为兰色。　结论　红外热像图能直观显示下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的区域并具有一定的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the thermography appearance and diagnostic value for ASO in lower extremities. Methods 44 patients with lower extremities ASO were examed using the method of infrared imaging and 18 health people as control. Results In control group the skin temperature on both lower extremities was similar.The colour of centre of large leg and crus was light red,with light green on periphery,genu was light green,dorsal pedal was light blue.In ASO the temperature difference between two lower ertremities was more than 1℃.The temperature in obliteration area was lower with green colour,while that above obliteration was higher with light red colour and that below obliteration was lower showed blue Conclusion The infrared thermography could be directly displayed on ASO area of lower extremities and it is valuable to the diagnosis of ASO. [
