摘　　要：目的了解腮腺炎疫苗与吸附精制白喉、破伤风二联类毒素（ＤＴ）能否同时接种，为制定免疫方案 提供依据。方法用冻干流行性腮腺炎减毒活疫苗和吸附精制白、破二联类毒素同时和分别接种８～１４岁的寄宿 学生，观察其免疫应答。结果两苗同时接种与分别接种临床反应及免疫应答差异均无显著意义。结论两苗是 可以同时接种的。Objective To explore if mumps and DT vaccines can be administered simultaneously. Methods The resident students aged 8-14 years were administered with freeze-dried live mumps vaccine and adsorbed purified DT vaccine simultaneously or separately, and the immune responses of them were observed. Results No significant difference were observed in the adverse reactions and immune responses of simultaneous or separate administration of the 2 kinds of vaccine. Conclusion Mumps and DT vaccines can be administered simultaneously.
