小量快速浓缩病毒蛋白的研究

摘　　要：采用甘油透析浓缩及PEG - 60 0 0沉淀相结合的方法 ,对细胞病毒培养液进行处理 ,获得了较为纯化的病毒蛋白。该方法适用于病毒蛋白小量快速分析。纯化的病毒蛋白回收率约为 53μg/ml。The purified peptides were obtained from the cell-virus culture fluids by glycerol dialysis and PEG-6000 precipitation.This method which is convenient and simple,can be used to analysis the polypeptides at small scale.The recovery rate of peptides is about 53μg/ml.
