摘  要:海绵钛在蒸馏时,因海绵钛的热导率低,导致海绵钛中心温度与钛坨表面温度相差大,满足不了更好的生产工艺要求。通过对海绵钛钛坨中心部位强制加热,以此增加钛坨中心部位温度,解决了蒸馏周期长的问题。The article mainly states the problem that when the titanium sponge is distilled, the low heat conductivity of the titanium sponge causes its central temperature differ too much from its exterior temperature, which can not fulfill the process requirement. This problem can be solved by using the method of compulsory heating to the center of the titanium sponge, after doing that, the central temperature can match the process requirement, then the problem of long distillation cycle can also be settled.
