摘  要:分析了不同回火温度对首秦公司50mm厚E690海洋平台用钢的力学性能和金相组织的影响。结果表明,当回火温度为600~650℃时可避开钢板心部因冷却速度缓慢而产生的回火脆性,保证钢板性能在厚度方向的均匀性;钢板在较宽的回火温度范围内的力学性能均可满足GB712-2011《船舶及海洋工程用结构钢》标准要求,具有较好的工艺适用性。Influences of different tempering processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of E690 plates with the thickness of 50 mm were studied. The results showed that tempering treatment under 600 - 650 ℃ can ensure the uniformity of the mechanical properties in thickness direction and can avoid temper brittleness in the core part due to the slow cooling rate. The mechanical properties of tested steel can meet the standard requirements in a wide range of tempering temperature. The process had good applicability and has been used in industrial production.
