摘 要:SiC陶瓷及其复合材料(C●SiC,SiCΤ/SiC)具有优异的性能,被广泛应用于高温结构材料领域,因此,SiC陶瓷及其复合材料的连接已经成为了材料工程领域的研究热点。分析了SiC陶瓷及其复合材料自身连接及其与金属连接的难点,综述了几种主要的连接方法,包括活性金属钎焊、固相扩散连接、瞬时液相连接、自蔓延高温合成连接和先驱体连接,重点介绍了它们的连接机理、工艺特点及研究现状,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。SiC ceramics and SiC-based composites(Cf/SiC,SiCf/SiC) have been extensively applied in structural components due to their excellent properties.Therefore,the joining of SiC ceramics and SiC- based composites had become one of the central issues in materials engineering.The difficulties in the joining of SiC ceramics and SiC- based composites was analyzed.Meanwhile,several main joining methods were summarized,which include active metal brazing,diffusion bonding,transient liquid phase bonding,self- propagating high-temperature synthesis joining and joining via precursor.More attentions were paid to their joining mechanism,technical characteristics and present research situation.Furthermore,the future development was prospected.
