摘  要:采用激光-MAG复合焊和常规MAG焊两种焊接方法进行了超高强钢的焊接试验研究,对比分析了激光-MAG复合焊在焊缝成形、焊接效率、焊接变形、工况适应性以及接头力学性能等方面的优势。结果表明:在高速焊接条件及复杂工况条件下,激光-MAG电弧复合焊仍可以实现超高强钢薄板稳定可靠的单面焊双面成形,与常规MAG焊相比,焊接效率提高5倍,焊接变形显著减小,接头抗拉强度提高26%以上,接头软化程度明显降低,焊接工艺对复杂工况的适应性较好。By comparing the laser- MAG(metal inert- gas) hybrid welding and the conventional MAG welding of super- high strength steel,the advantages of the hybrid welding were introduced from some aspects such as bead appearance,welding efficiency,welding distortion,adaptability of real work environment and joint mechanical properties.The result showed that the laser- MAG hybrid welding can realize a better effect of one- side welding with back formation for super- high strength sheet under high speed welding conditions and complex working conditions.Compared with the conventional MAG welding,welding efficiency can increase by 5 times,welding deformation is gready reduced,joint tensile strength increase by 26%,joint softening is decreased obviously,and welding process adaptability to complex working condition is better.
