摘  要:RCC-M和ASME B&PVC是目前核电设备制造广泛应用的规范,其中都包含对核电焊接材料的特殊要求。强辐照区焊接材料最能代表核级焊接材料的特殊性,文中详细对比分析了强辐照区用低合金钢埋弧焊焊丝/焊剂组各个方面的技术要求,发现两个规范虽然对该焊材的要求有一定的差别,但是这种差别不会对使用该焊接材料焊接的焊缝性能造成实质性影响。RCC- M and ASME B&PVC are widely accepted rules used for manufacturing nuclear equipment, both of then include the special requirements for nuclear welding materials. The welding materials for high radiation zone are the best representation of nuclear welding materials. The discrepancies between RCC- M and ASME requirements for submerged arc welding(SAW) wire/flux couple for low alloyed steel in high radiation zone were analyzed and compared. However, these discrepancies do not have substantial effects on the performance of the weld metal with this kind of welding materials.
