工艺参数对定向凝固纯铝板坯组织的影响

摘  要:利用板坯连续定向凝固装置(OCC)制备了纯铝板坯,研究了工艺参数对板坯表面质量和凝固组织的影响,并对影响裂纹产生的因素进行了分析。结果表明,在拉速为5mm/min,冷却水流量为220L/h,结晶器上部温度为694℃,结晶器出口温度为668℃时,可制备出表面质量较好的连续生长的柱状晶组织的纯铝板坯。用连续定向凝固方法制备的纯铝板坯表面缺陷主要有板面上横裂纹和角部横裂纹两种,其长度从10mm到30mm不等,深度最大可达4mm,且表面横裂纹的分布方式各异,有轴向、径向平行分布和局部横裂纹等。Effects of processing parameters on surface quality and solidification structure of pure alumi- num slab which was prepared by continuous unidirectional solidification device(OCC) were analyzed. Meanwhile, factors influencing crack generation of the slab were analyzed. The results show that pure aluminum slab with good surface quality and continuous columnar crystals can be prepared under the conditions of drawing speed of 5 mm/min, cooling water of 220 L/h, the upper of mold of 694 ℃, outlet of mold of 668 ℃. The surface defects of pure aluminum plate prepared by the method include mainly surface transverse cracks and corner transverse cracks with length ranging from 10 mm to 30 mm and maximum depth up to 4 mm. The distribution mode of the surface transverse cracks exhibits axial, ra- dial parallel distribution and partial transverse crack.
