摘  要:利用低压脉冲磁场技术制备了半固态ZL101A合金浆料,研究了放电频率对半固态浆料中初生α-Al相形貌和尺寸的影响。结果表明,采用该技术可以制备初生α-Al相为细小的球状或近球状的半固态ZL101A合金浆料。初生α-Al相的平均晶粒尺寸和平均圆度系数分别随放电频率的增加而相应地减小和增加。但当放电频率超过10Hz时,半固态组织有所粗化。当浇注温度为630℃,放电电压为200V,放电频率为10Hz和处理时间为1.5min时,半固态ZL101A合金浆料中初生α-Al相平均晶粒尺寸约为91μm,形状因子约为0.88,适合半固态流变成形。Low voltage pulsed magnetic field (LVPMF) processing was employed for preparing semi-solid ZL101A alloy slurry. Effects of discharging frequency on morphology and size of the primary phase in semi-solid ZL101A alloy slurry were analyzed. The results show that semi-solid ZL101A alloy slurry with nondendritic structure can be obtained by LVPMF treatment. The primary α-Al particles exhibit smaller and rounder with the increase of discharging frequency. However, with the discharging frequen- cy increased to 10 Hz, the grain size is coarsened slightly, and the roundness is decreased. The semi-sol- id slurry with primary α-All particle average diameter of about 91μm and average shape factor of 0.88 can be prepared under LVPMF at the pouring temperature of 635 ℃, discharging voltage of 200V, dis- charging frequency of 10 Hz and the treatment time of 1.5 min.
