摘 要:采用扫描电镜和电子背散射衍射系统等分别对盐浴淬火(DLP)高碳珠光体热轧盘条及相应不同应变冷拔钢丝的显微组织与织构进行了分析,研究了DLP盘条在冷拔过程中的组织和织构演变规律。结果表明:随拉拔应变的增大,钢丝中渗碳体片层逐渐转向拉拔方向;此外,与拉拔方向夹角在45°~90°范围内的渗碳体在变形过程中容易形成S带;盘条中的晶粒都呈等轴状且是随机取向的,存在着微弱的织构,钢丝在拉拔过程中逐渐形成平行于拉拔方向的(110)丝织构,随拉拔应变量的增大,铁素体中(110)丝织构的强度与所占组分都逐渐增加,但丝织构分布是不均匀的,靠近钢丝中心层区域的(110)丝织构度大于表层区域的;另外,随拉拔变形的增大,钢丝表层的{110}(110〉剪切织构强度逐渐增大,中心层区域依然为正常的(110)拉拔织构。To investigate the texture evolution of direct in-line patented high-carbon steel wire rod (DLP) during cold drawing process, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD) were used to analyzed the microstructure and texture of DLP wire rod and DLP pearlitic steel wires with different strains. The results indicate that with the increase of drawing strain, the cementite layer gradually turned to the direction of drawing; in addition, deformed pearlite microstructure which had angles of 0 (45~~0~90~) with the drawing axis was easier to form shear bands during drawing process. Crystal grain in DLP wire rods were equiaxed with random orientation and had slight texture. The intensity and composition of ~ 1105 ferritic fiber texture which formed and paralleled to the drawing direction during the drawing process increased with increasing of drawing strain. However, the distribution was inhomogeneous with higher enhancement extent in the centre than in the surface. With increasing of drawing strain, { 110} (110) shear texture in the surface region increased gradually and in the centre remained the normal (1105 fiber texture.
