温州首例输入性卵形疟病例的诊断分析

摘　　要：温州首次发现1例输入性卵形疟病例,该患者曾在非洲刚果人民共和国务工2年。回国后3个月余后,出现发热等症状,经外周血涂片镜检和PCR检测诊断为卵形疟。随后给予"氯喹+伯氨喹"8日疗法治疗后,症状好转。The first imported case of Plasmodium ovale infection in Wenzhou City was confirmed by microscopy and PCR test. The patient returned from the People＇s Republic of Congo to Wenzhou for three and a half months presented a history of fever with chills and rigors on April 30, 2012. The results from peripheral blood smear examination and PCR analysis comfirmed a diagnosis of P. ovale infection. The patient was treated with chloroquine plus primaquine for eight days and the symptoms improved.
