摘 要:结合国际金融危机的严峻形势,阐述了企业基于风险评估的设备分类的目的与意义;然后明确了设备分类优化的实施路径,解析了设备分类标准,从设备风险识别、双高设备的锁定、双高设备的风险问题分析以及具体对策措施等方面,详细阐述了设备分类优化在宝钢热轧等产线上的实践应用;最后指出了在"低投入"的生产模式下,基于风险评估的设备分类优化是促进维修资源合理分配、保障设备状态稳定、提升维修效率的一项基础性、源头性的工作,是宝钢深化设备精益化管理的有益探索。This paper firstly summarizes the purposes and significance of equipment classification optimization based on risk evaluation under the conditions of the international financial crisis. Secondly it expatiates the practical route for equipment classification optimization and analyzes the equipment classification standard. Then the implementation of equipment classification in some production lines of Baosteel is described in detail from aspects of equipment risk identification, locking-in of double-H (high S and high RPN) equipment, problem analysis for high-risk equipment and determination of controlling measures. Finally this paper points out that equipment classification optimization based on risk evaluation is a kind of basic and original work which can improve the distribution of maintenance resources, ensure stable equipment status and upgrade maintenance efficiency. It is a beneficial exploration for Baosteel to greatly improve lean equipment management.
