摘　　要：目的研究腓动脉踝上穿支为蒂的链型螺旋浆皮瓣修复足、踝部软组织缺损的临床疗效及意义。方法22例足、踝部的软组织缺损患者采用腓动脉踝上穿支为蒂的链型螺旋浆皮瓣进行修复，皮瓣面积最大21cm×11cm，最小5cm×4cm。结果22例皮瓣全部成活，术后无血管危象，无皮瓣淤紫及水泡；供区处植皮亦全部存活，6例供区切口直接缝合，切口均一期愈合。术后随访6～14个月，平均10．2个月，随访病例皮瓣皮肤颜色红润，质地优良，外观臃肿不明显，皮瓣弹性良好，无瘢痕挛缩，不影响足踝关节活动度，皮瓣供区亦无明显功能影响，患肢外观及行走功能良好。结论腓动脉踝上穿支为蒂的链型螺旋浆皮瓣是修复足背部软组织缺损的一种良好方法。该皮瓣具有血管恒定、设计科学、血流符合生理、切取方便、血供丰富且不牺牲主要动脉的优点，临床实用性较强，有推广价值。Objective To explor the effect of using the chain-type pedicled propeller flap based on perforators of peroneal artery to repair soft tissue defects of the foot and ankle. Methods All 22 cases with soft tissue defect of the dorsum of the foot and ankle area had been repaired by the chain-type pedicled propeller flap based on perforators of peroneal artery. Those flaps ranged from 21 cm×11 cm to 5 cm × 4 cm. Results All of the 22 flaps survived. Follow-up from 6 to 14 months（ mean 10. 2 months）. The appearance and function of these flaps were satisfactory. Conclusion The application of the chain-type pedicled propeller flap based on perforators of peroneal artery can be an ideal for covering dorsum soft defects as a simple, safe, and versatile procedure.
