摘  要:研究磁共振FSE-T2WI、FLAIR-T2WI及增强扫描对脑实质囊虫病诊断价值。方法 分析76例脑实质囊虫患者磁共振FSE-T2WI、FLAIR-T2WI及增强扫描序列MRI表现,及其各序列检出囊泡、头节、颗粒状肉芽肿、灶周水肿及钙化灶的数目,并进行统计学处理。结果 脑实质囊虫病病理分期为囊泡期28例,退变死亡期25例,死亡钙化期16例,混合期7例,与MRI表现相一致,囊泡在FSE-T2WI检出率最高为98%,头节在FLAIR-T2WI检出率最高为95%,颗粒状肉芽肿增强扫描检出率最高为93%,灶周水肿在FLAIR-T2WI检出率最高为97%,钙化灶在FSE-T2WI检出率相对较高为76%。结论 MRI表现能明确反映脑实质囊虫病的病理变化过程,合理有效地选择磁共振FSE-T2WI、FLAIR-T2WI及T1WI增强扫描等不同序列的检查,对脑实质囊虫病病灶检出和诊断具有十分重要的价值。Objective To study the value of FSE-T2WI, FLAIR-T2WI and enhancement scan in diagnosing neurocysticercosis. Methods 76 patients with neurocysticercosis were analyzed with the MRI display of FSE T2WI, FLAIR-T2WI and enhancement scan. At the mean time, vesicae ,cephalomere ,granuloma , edema and calcification of the patients' cerebral parenchyma in different sequences were calculated and statistically processed. Results Pathological staging of neurocysticercosis consisted of 28 cases in vesi- cle stage, 25 cases in degeneration and death stage, 16 cases in death and calcification stage and 7 cases in the mixed stage, consistent with the MRI findings. Vesicle detection rate was 98% and calcification detection rate was 76% tested by FSE-T2WI,cepha lomere detection rate was 95% and edema detection rate was 97% tested by FI.AIR-T2WI and granuloma detection rate was 93% tested by enhancement scan. Conclusion MRI display can clearly reflect pathological staging of neurocysticercosis. So if we can use FSE T2W1, FLAIR-T2 WI and enhancement scan rationally, it will be of great value in diagnosing neurocysticercosis.
