摘  要:应用128层CT评价冠状动脉(CA)斑块成分构成比与斑块稳定性的相关性。方法 随机收集行128层CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA)符合条件病例177例,统计斑块总数,根据Circulation软件将斑块按脂质斑块、纤维斑块、钙化斑块分类并计数。结果 共发现斑块416个,其中脂质斑块85个,纤维斑块82个,钙化斑块249个;稳定性斑块包括纤维斑块和钙化斑块共331个,不稳定性斑块为脂质斑块85个。结论 CTCA是一种无创、简单的诊断CA病变的检查方法,可为高危人群筛查首选;斑块成分构成比可直接预测斑块稳定性。Objective To evaluate the correlation between the coronary artery(CA) plaque composition and stability by using 128- slice CT. Methods 177 cases with narrow CA were underwent CT coronary angiography (CTCA) ,and randomly collected in order to classify lipid plaque , fibrous plaque, calcified plaque according to circulation software pack. Results 416 plaques were found ,including 85 lipid plaques , 82 fibrous plaques and 249 calcified plaques. 331 fibrous plaques and calcified plaques were stable, 85 lipid plaques were unstable. Conclusion CTCA is a noninvasive and simple method for the diagnosis of CA disease, especially for the high-risk population. Plaque composition can directly predict plaque stability.
